I call Grand Slam Heating to repair my Heater at my parents house in Sherman Oaks knowing that I would probably need to replace the equipment as it was over 40 years old. My parents had gone ahead and gotten estimates to replace the equipment without my knowledge. Rick checked the equipment and verified that the heater had a crack in the heat exchanger and it can not be repaired. Advised it was time to upgrade and install new Heating and Air Conditioning system. He got back to be the next day. His price was way below the estimates my elderly parents had gotten. Thank god I took my friends advise to call Grand Slam Air Conditioning and Heating. The ordered the equipment and had it installed in 2 days. They were very respectful of my parents home and took every precaution to be Covid safe. They did a very clean job and left the place spotless.
